If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to KPOP MAll USA within 14 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Please note missing and damaged in transit claims must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Refunds & Credits
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase.

Exchanges
If your order was sent back for an exchange, please allow additional 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed and shipped back to you. Please note exchanges are subject to stock availability and are subject to approval by our shipping verification department.

Conditions
Please read all conditions below carefully. KPOP Mall USA reserves the right to refuse any return and/or to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

  • All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including the UPC code being intact) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and gifts.
  • KPOP Mall USA is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • KPOP Mall USA is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us and we are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

No Return/Exchange on the following:

  • Any and all Clothing once any of the packaging has been opened.
  • Limited Official Goods, once any of the manufacturer’s packaging has been opened.
  • Electronic Software Downloads are not returnable or refundable.
  • All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped.
  • Special Order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred shipping products back to KPOP Mall USA on all returns and exchanges. Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same item.
